Dr Watson - Windows XP hidden applications
Dr. Watson is a program error debugger that is used to help detect, decode and log errors that are encountered while windows or windows programs are running. When you run Dr. Watson, it automatically creates a log file when a program fault occurs. The log files have a .wlg extension, and are stored in the \Windows\Drwatson folder.
The log file indicates the program that created the fault, the program that the fault occurred in, and the memory address where the fault occurred. If a program error occurs, Dr. Watson will start automatically. To start Dr. Watson, click Start > Run > type drwtsn32. To start Dr. Watson from a command prompt, change to the root directory, and then type drwtsn32. You can use the Dr. Watson dialog box to change the behavior of Dr. Watson.
